How to make
Defrost the puff pastry, roll it out slightly into a square and cut it into rectangles with a knife.
The oven is heated to 390°F (200°C). Cuts are made 1 cm from the edges like windows with a thickness of 0.5 to 1 cm.
The peaches are cut into thin slices.
The puff pastries are arranged on baking paper and in each cut, place a thin slice of peach and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Spread the edges with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until done, in my case 20 minutes!
Take them out, sprinkle with powdered sugar on the edges and serve.
They are lovely while they are still warm, because they are crispy, but once the peach puff pastries with brown sugar cool down, they can be eaten for dessert!
Enjoy them!
