How to make
Boil the potato, drain and let it cool. Cut it into cubes and put them in a bowl. Thereto add the cleaned and chopped tomato, cucumber and chopped green onion stalk tips with the parsley and sprouts.
Add the ripe and drained canned beans. Flavor with spices, vinegar and finally, olive oil. Carefully and slowly mix and distribute the salad in 2 bowls.
Garnish with chopped boiled eggs, some sprouts for decoration and serve.
