Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • white wine - 4 2/3 tbsp (70 ml)
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) canned
  • onion - 1 onion
  • roasted red peppers - 1 pc.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • carrots - 1 large carrot
  • celery - 1/2 stalk
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • water - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • potatoes - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • salt
  • rosemary - 2 cloves

How to make

Clean and chop the pork tenderloin into small pieces. Season the meat with black pepper.

Finely chop the onion, celery and garlic and fry them for five minutes on medium heat.

Add the chopped carrots and the pork pieces. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir.

Add the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Peel and add the sliced potatoes. Pour water and bring the pork soup to a boil.

Season with salt and rosemary, cook the delicious soup for another 40 minutes. If necessary, add more water.
