How to make
There are two ways to make this delicious stuffed tederloin. You can cut each fillet into two or three pieces, make a hole in each piece and fill it.
Alternatively you can cut each fillet open, pound it and then season it with salt and black pepper. To prepare the filling, saute the finely chopped onions and mushrooms, and add the peppers, gherkins and corn.
Once the filling is cooked season it with salt, black pepper and a pinch of savory. Fill the tenderloins with the stuffing and insert a toothpick in each piece to hold it together.
Sear the fillets, arrange them on a tray, and add some cheddar and processed cheese on top.
Bake the Stuffed Tenderloins in a preheated oven, at 360°F (180 degrees) for around 30 minutes.
