Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1 cup
  • cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • soya sauce
  • garlic - powdered
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

The meat is cut into thin slices, lightly hammered, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, soya sauce. Allow it to sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Crumb it in flour and eggs beaten with a little water. Serve with mushrooms fried in butter and smothered with cream, which you must boil to thickening.
