Ingredients

  • pork - 7 oz (200 g) loin
  • bacon - 2 oz (55 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (55 g)
  • tomatoes - 1
  • lemons - several slices
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • oil - for frying
  • for crumbing
  • eggs - 2
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs

How to make

Clean the fillet of skin, cut it into 6 equal pieces and halve each, so that you get whole, thinner pieces. Tenderize the pork and season it with salt and black pepper.

Slice the bacon, cheese and tomato (flesh only) into strips and arrange 3 of each of them in each piece of meat. Wrap into a roll and press it with your palms. Whisk the eggs and roll the rolls successively in flour, beaten eggs and finally, in breadcrumbs.

Fry them evenly in very hot oil for about 10 minutes until golden. Drain the ready pork rolls on paper towels. Serve with lemon slices and a garnish of choice.
