How to make
In a blender, blend the sugar and orange peel. Pour the milk into a pot and place it on the hob. Add the blended peel, vanilla and rum to it.
Beat the eggs along with the coffee and starch until a fluffy and smooth mixture is obtained. Pour it slowly into the milk and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
The cream with coffee should be more liquid, not too thick, because then it will set well enough afterwards.
The finished homemade cream is poured into cups and stored in the refrigerator to cool.
You can serve the chocolate cream with coffee and starch with a cookie or fruit.
