How to make
Set aside 1 cup of milk, and put the rest of it with the sugar to boil. Dissolve the starch in the set aside milk, dissolve the instant coffee in water. Once the milk heats up, add the dissolved starch to it while stirring. Stir to thicken and remove from the heat.
Divide the cream into 2 equal parts. To one, add the coffee and crumbled dark or milk chocolate and to the other - the crumbled white chocolate.
Stir them until the chocolate is completely melted. Prepare suitable dessert cups or bowls. Simultaneously pour in both types of cream from both sides, in order to color the cups in black and white.
Put the day and night creams to solidify in the refrigerator for several hours. Serve with grated chocolate or whipped cream on top.
