"You dont need eggs to make a delicious chocolate mousse! Grab an avocado instead - you will need it"

Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g) 50% cocoa
  • avocado - 2 pcs. (240 - 250 g - weight of peeled and cleaned)
  • cream - 3.5 oz (100 g) coconut, soy or ordinary - chilled
  • sugar - 2 tbsp or the same weight of agave syrup
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sunflower oil - 2 tsp (10 ml) or olive oil
  • candied citrus peels - for decoration

How to make

Grate the chocolate, mix it with the oil and melt it in a water bath.

Add the cream, sugar and a pinch of salt and stir.

Cut the avocado (soft and well ripened) and add it to the mixture and puree until a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained. You can also do this in a blender.

Blend with a mixer to make the chocolate mousse fluffy.

Distribute it into cups, decorate the mousse and serve it or refrigerate it until it's time to serve it.

A surprisingly tasty dessert, which is quick and easy to prepare.
