How to make
Grate the chocolate, mix it with the oil and melt it in a water bath.
Add the cream, sugar and a pinch of salt and stir.
Cut the avocado (soft and well ripened) and add it to the mixture and puree until a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained. You can also do this in a blender.
Blend with a mixer to make the chocolate mousse fluffy.
Distribute it into cups, decorate the mousse and serve it or refrigerate it until it's time to serve it.
A surprisingly tasty dessert, which is quick and easy to prepare.
