  • olive oil - for sprinkling
  • processed cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • soft butter - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Clean or peel the mushrooms. You can remove the stumps. Chop the washed spinach, you will only need the leaves.

Press the garlic, or you can skip this step, if you do not like it.

Mash the spinach, garlic and butter. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture.

Arrange the stuffed mushrooms, sprinkle them with olive oil, bake them for 15 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees). They should not be baked for longer than that.
