How to make
Preheat the oven and bake the finely chopped smoked breasts in an oven dish.
Cut the mushrooms and salt them lightly.
In heat resistant bowls, distribute bacon, mushrooms and butter.
Let them bake and in the meantime, beat the eggs with the flour, milk and spices.
Pour this over the bowls and put them back in the oven for about another 20 min. Serve the mushroom appetizer warm.
