How to make
Chop the onion and mushrooms finely. Mix them with the spices and minced meat and fry in a pan for about 10 minutes.
Take a piece of the bacon and cheese, thinly sliced into strips. Arrange them on top of each other and put a spoonful of the mixture inside.
Wrap them into rolls, pin them with toothpicks and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
