  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g) boiled
  • couscous - 2 cups (500 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 1 cup (250g)
  • pickles - 4.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The crab rolls are cooked in boiling salted water, drain and cut them into circles. Pre-cook the couscous and corn.

Place these in a bowl and mix together with the chopped rolls and pickles. Prepare the mayonnaise dressing, seasoned with crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Mix well in a salad.
