How to make

Wash and drain the rice. In a bowl, combine it with 2 cups of warm water. Wait 5 minutes and drain it. Add the mince, egg, black pepper and cumin. Mix the minced meat and form small meatballs the size of a walnut.

Put 6 cups of water with the broth in a pot. Once boiling, drop in the meatballs and remove the foam. Cook the meatballs for 20-25 minutes. For the sauce, beat all the ingredients in a container and temper it with 1 ladle of broth from the meatballs.

Then pour the sauce into the pot with the meatballs. Boil for another 5 minutes. Distribute this into 3 bowls. Prepare a roux by heating butter and once you remove it from the heat, mix the paprika in.

Pour the roux over the servings of Turkish meatballs with sour sauce.
