Ingredients

  • salmon - 7 oz (200 g) salted
  • avocados - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sherry - 2 tablespoons (20 ml), dried
  • olive oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • olives - 4 - 5 large, green
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp (20 ml), fresh
  • eggs - 1, hard - boiled
  • salt
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • cloves - 1 - 2 grains, crushed
  • dill - chopped sprigs, to taste

How to make

Cut the fish finely and remove the crusts and pits of the avocados. Put them into a suitable container and mix together with the sherry, olive oil, olives, boiled egg, lemon juice.

Puree the mixture until smooth and add salt to taste, a pinch or two of sugar, a little black pepper, well beaten cloves and chopped dill. Serve the avocado pâté with salmon with bruschetta, crackers, pretzels, etc.
