How to make
Place all the products except the mayonnaise in a bowl and blend until you get a homogenous mixture. Add the mayonnaise and blend a further 5 - 10 sec.
Serve with slices of toast or fill it into eggs or tomatoes.

- eggplants - 2 roasted, peeled and drained
- peppers - 2, peeled, green
- feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
- eggs - 3, hard - boiled
- garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
- mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
- mustard - 1 tablespoon
- black pepper - 1 tsp
