How to make
All the vegetables are cleaned and washed. Cut them into cubes and sauté for 5 minutes in hot oil. Season with cumin, sweet paprika and stir. Pour in the hot vegetable broth.
Allow the mixture to boil, reduce the heat and cook the vegetables for about 20-25 minutes. Towards the end of cooking, add the chopped processed cheese.
Transfer the soup to a food processor (blender) and blend into a paste. Serve immediately, garnished with sour cream and croutons.
