How to make
The onion, carrots and pepper are cut into larger pieces and the potatoes and celery - into smaller cubes.
Fry the onions, carrots and peppers in heated oil. Then add 1 liter of water and when it boils, dissolve the broth.
Add the potatoes and celery and leave them to simmer until they soften.
When they soften, add the tomato, then season with as much salt as you like and add the noodles.
Once the noodles soften, the tofu is cut into cubes and added to the soup.
Sprinkle it with chopped parsley, black pepper, stir and remove it from the heat.
