"The apple puff pastry is great and easy to make!"

Ingredients

  • apples - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • brown sugar - 5 tbsp.
  • rum - 1 tbsp.
  • puff pastry - 1/2 small package (or 1)
  • yolks - 1 pc. (for spreading)

How to make

I cut the apples into cubes, added 4-5 spoons of brown sugar and placed them on the stove until the apples caramelized.

At the end I added a spoonful of rum.

I arranged them in the middle of a rectangular piece of puff pastry. I cut it into strips on both sides and wrapped them over the apple filling.

I spread the puff pastry with egg yolk and baked it until it aquired a golden color.

The apple puff pastry is great and easy to make!

Try 350 for half an hour or so and monitor the pastry - my best guess. Check the pastry packaging too for guidance.
