How to make
Clean and chop the vegetables. The shape is not of great importance.
Place the chopped vegetables on a tray along with the cherry tomatoes, and season with salt, basil and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 390°F (200 degrees).
While the vegetables are baking, you can cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the packet.
Rinse the cooked pasta and serve on plates.
Arrange the grilled vegetables in the middle and garnish with fresh arugula.
