How to make
Pour cold water over the beans and boil them on low heat. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and stew along with the finely chopped onion until the fat melts.
Add the paprika and chopped tomatoes, a little warm water and salt to taste. Once the meat is tender, add the cooked beans.
The dish is salted if necessary, boiled for a few minutes, sprinkled with finely chopped spearmint and savory and crushed black pepper and served.
