measures

How to make

Soak the beans from the night before in water. The next day, strain them and pour new water. Put them in a pot and boil them for 15-20 minutes. Strain the water again and pour new one. Leave the beans to boil until they're fully cooked.

While preparing the beans, boil the pork legs with a little salt and a spoon or two of oil. To make them cook faster and to make them easy to eat, cut them once in half lengthwise and then crosswise. This will make them into 8 pieces.

When they are almost ready, add the finely chopped carrots and celery stalk to the legs.

Add the boiled beans to the legs, add the tomato puree, mint, more salt and liquid, if necessary.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry them in oil for 8 minutes. Reduce the heat, add the paprika and stir quickly, so that it does not burn.

Put the stuffing in the appetizing pork soup and season it according to your taste with more mint or a pinch of savory herb.

Now this delicious bean soup is ready, but if you like it thicker, you can mix a little flour in cold water and add it to the soup.

In this case, leave the classic pork leg soup with white beans to boil for another 10-12 minutes on medium heat.

Enjoy your meal!
