The fish is cut into portions and marinated in lemon juice and salt. Stew the onion in the oil and color it with the tomato paste. Stew another 5 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and bay leaf.
Pour with the boiling vegetable broth and boil for 15 minutes, throw the fish in for 10 minutes as well. Serve sprinkled with parsley and chopped dill. Add 1 piece of lemon and chopped cucumbers.
