Ingredients

  • monkfish fillets - 14 oz (400 g)
  • fresh potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g) (cooking cream)
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • mustard - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper - as needed
  • salt - as needed
  • parsley - as needed
  • olive oil - as needed

How to make

Just wash the potatoes without peeling them.

Wash the monkfish fillets and leave them to drain from the water.

Place the baking paper on the tray, then place the potatoes in it.

Drizzle them with olive oil and bake them at 480°F (250°C) for half an hour.

Add the sea devil and bake it on both sides for 7 minutes.

Mix the cooking cream, white wine, mustard, salt and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the potatoes and bake them for another ten minutes.

Remove the prepared monkfish with potatoes in the sauce from the oven and sprinkle the food with parsley.
