How to make
The zucchini are cut into cubes and are boiled in salted water. They should not be overcooked.
Put them in a blender and blend them into a puree.
Add the cream cheese, crushed garlic and ground walnuts.
Stir the pate briefly and season it with olive oil, black pepper and salt.
The vegetarian pate with zucchini and cream cheese is ready.
