  • arugula - 1.1 oz (30 g) fresh leaves
  • cream cheese philadelphia - 5 oz (140 g)
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • goat cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g) slightly softened
  • cream - 4 tbsp.
  • crackers - or toast for serving

How to make

This pate is a great quick fix for anyone who likes to snack on toast or crackers spread with something delicious.

It is also suitable as an addition to sandwiches, as well as for welcoming sophisticated guests. In two words - for every occasion and case.

The fresh arugula leaves are washed and drained, so well that they are perfectly dry.

Grind them in a blender along with the walnuts, aromatic cheese (goat or another one to your liking) and butter.

There may be small bits of walnuts and arugula left and it may not be a perfectly smooth paste.

Add the cream cheese, cream, a pinch of salt (optional) and black pepper.

Mix, until a smooth mixture is obtained and store it in a bowl or box. Leave it in the refrigerator to set, until it is time to serve it.
