Blend the marinade products until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the cleaned shrimp in a ziploc bag (or a plain bag using an elastic band for tying), add the prepared marinade and close the bag. Shake the bag to distribute the marinade evenly and store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Then bake them on a barbecue or grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they aquire an appetizing golden tan.
Serve the cooked shrimp with thinly sliced onions, which have been lightly mashed with a little salt, sprinkled with parsley and served with lemon slices.
