How to make
Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes in salted water, until they're semi-cooked. Do not boil them too much, as they will go through another heat treatment.
Cool the semi-cooked potatoes, peel them and cut them into medium thick slices.
Put a row of potatoes in a suitable dish. Drizzle them with olive oil and season them with salt, garlic and spices.
Carefully turn them over, so that the spices stick nicely to each slice. Continue to arrange the potatoes and season them, until you run out of products.
Wait for the potatoes to marinate and absorb all of the flavors well.
Grill the potatoes on a barbecue, which is not too strong, so that they don't burn.
Drizzle the grilled potatoes with fresh lemon juice and aromatic olive oil from the bottom of the dish in which you marinated them.
Sprinkle them with fresh parsley and if you like spicy food - add a little Tabasco sauce.
Serve them as a side dish to meat or fish and why not even as a beer appetizer.
