Sift the flour in a wide dish. Put the butter in a pot until it is completely melted and comes to a boil. Then immediately pour in the boiling butter to the flour.
Begin to knead a dough until it turns into crumbs. Dissolve the baking soda and cinnamon in a tablespoon of water. Add them to the dough with the powdered sugar.
Knead a homogeneous dough. Form small round cookies. Arrange them in a lightly buttered tray and bake in a moderate oven.
