"This salad is so quick to make that you`ll barely have enough time to get the brandy out."

Ingredients

  • cabbages - 1/2 small head
  • tomatoes - 2
  • celery - 1 head + 2 stalks
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar - to taste
  • oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 2 sprigs
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

Chop the cabbage finely and rub it lightly with salt. Add the grated head of celery, chopped celery stalks and parsley to it. Slice up the tomatoes and throw them in as well. Mix slightly.

Combine the mashed garlic with a little salt, add vinegar, oil (or olive oil), mustard and mix well.

Mix the salad with this sauce and serve after putting it in the refrigerator for a short bit.
