"The perfect potato salad to enjoy with brandy and a group of friends"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 medium sized
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • crab rolls - 5 - 6

How to make

First, prepare a sauce from the mayonnaise and yoghurt.

In a dish smeared with the sauce, shred (from up high) the boiled and peeled whole potatoes or cut them into small pieces.

Grate feta cheese on them. Pour the rest of the sauce in. Sprinkle the very top with finely chopped crab rolls.
