Chop the onion, garlic and peppers finely and fry them in a deep dish. Add the mince, cumin and stir until they fry as well, then add the beans and tomato sauce.
Pour in the wine and a little hot water and stew it under a lid for about 15 minutes. Optionally, add tabasco sauce. Add the corn, then sauté for another 5 minutes or until the beans are softened.
Finally, remove the cooked chili con carne from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
