Ingredients

  • gorgonzola - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cooking cream - 2 cups
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1 pinch
  • white pepper - 1 pinch
  • nutmeg - 1/3 tsp.

How to make

Heat the cooking cream over low heat and crush/slice the Gorgonzola cheese inside.

Increase the heat a little and stir, until it dissolved and there are no lumps.

Season with salt and spices, add honey and stir for 3-4 minutes, while the meat sauce is simmering.

Serve it warm in company with meat or vegetables and it can be served chilled as a salad sauce.

Enjoy your meal!

P.S. Honey is optional, you can make the sauce without it, but it fits the gorgonzola perfectly and you won't go wrong if you try it.
