Peel and cut the pear into cubes. Sprinkle it with lemon juice, so that it does not darken and pour honey over them, so that it wraps around the pieces and they absorb it.
Cut the gorgonzola into the same or approximately the same size cubes.
String on thin sticks, alternating - pear, gorgonzola and pear again.
Serve this on an exquisite table, decorated with arugula leaves and in the company of good wine.
