How to make
Grate apples and pears, gently squeeze out their juice by hand and mix them with cinnamon and honey. Cut the Turkish delight into thin slices. Optionally, you can add crushed nuts to the stuffing.
Spread the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles to the desired size. In the middle, fill with a few pieces of Turkish delight and lightly dampen the edges so that they stick.
Close them, lightly press the edges and arrange them in the appropriate tray. Put to bake in a moderately hot oven until they inflate and get a nice tan.
Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
