How to make
First mix the chocolate with a spoonful of oil and melt it in a water bath.
Peel and slice the avocado and transfer it into a blender along with the vanilla and sugar and blend them into a puree.
Add the almost cooled liquid chocolate and pour the liquid cream. Turn the blender on and blend everything well.
Distribute it in suitable mousse cups. Leave it to cool and serve it.
You can replace the sugar with honey or agave syrup.
