How to make
This is a great healthy smoothie for an energising start to the day. You must use a blender to prepare it.
Peel a pineapple - use 1/2 of the fruit, about 9 oz (250 g). Cut it into pieces and put in a blender.
Add the pears - peeled and cleaned. Add the honey and baby spinach. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice and ice.
Blend the green smoothie for 30 seconds or several times a consistency of your choice.
Distribute it into suitable glasses and enjoy this fresh green smoothie with pears and pineapple!
