How to make

First, lightly boil the lentils for about 5 minutes with two glasses of water and set them aside.

Chop the onions, red pepper, garlic cloves, chili pepper, fresh ginger and celery.

In a pan with olive oil (2 tablespoons) fry the chopped onion, red pepper and chili pepper for about 5 minutes. Then add the curry and turmeric, stir briefly and remove it from the heat.

Pour the fried vegetables and spices into the lentils and add celery, garlic, ground cloves, nutmeg, ginger, salt and black pepper.

Pour the remaining olive oil. Boil until the lentils are ready or about 10 minutes.

When the lentil stew is ready, sprinkle it with chopped parsley.

This Indian lentil stew is incredibly delicious.

I hope you like my recipe. It's delicious and healthy.
