"Serve these crispy cheese balls as an appetizer with a sauce of your choice"

Ingredients

  • yellow cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sunflower oil

How to make

Grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater. Then put it in a deep bowl along with the breadcrumbs and eggs.

Mix everything well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

From the mixture form balls of equal size.

Arrange the balls on a plate.

Put the plate in the freezer for 30 minutes so that the balls are harden.

Then heat the sunflower oil in a deep saucepan.

Fry the balls briefly, by turning them to fry on all sides.
