How to make
Wash the tomatoes, cut their tops off and carve out the meaty parts. Allow them to drain slightly and during that time, mix the dairy puree with the mayonnaise and olive oil. Add all the spices with salt to taste, and finally mix it with the grated cheese and chopped eggs.
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and garnish with parsley sprigs and olives on top. Cut the tomato tops into small strips and put them on the olives in the stuffed tomatoes so that they look like handles.
Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce leaf.
