  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 1.
  • oil - 1 tbsp (15 ml).
  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • parsley - 2 - 3 sprigs, or use dill

How to make

The tomatoes are cleared of lids, taking care not to break them. Carve them out. Prepare stuffing of cream cheese, the finely chopped interior of the tomatoes, eggs and finely chopped parsley or dill.

The tomatoes are filled with the mixture, arranged in a baking dish, put some oil on and bake them in a moderate oven. Serve warm with a green salad.
