Ingredients

  • yogurt - 14 oz (400 g) 2%
  • avocado - 1/2 small avocado (ripe)
  • sorrel - a few fresh leaves (without stalks)
  • spirulina - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. (by taste)
  • brown sugar - about 2 tbsp.
  • demerara - by taste
  • filtered water - optional

How to make

In the jug of a powerful nutribulet/blender pour the ingredients for the energy drink: 1 cup of yogurt (400 g) - 2% fat, half a ripe avocado, a few fresh leaves of spring sorrel (shredded without the stalks), optionally 1/2 tsp. spirulina, freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tbsp. (by taste) and about 2 tbsp. of brown crystal sugar Demerara.

Blend/puree for 2-3 minutes to obtain a light green smooth and delicate texture.

If desired, a little filtered water can be added - according to the desired density.

Taste it and if necessary, add a little more brown sugar.

Pour the sumptuous yogurt smoothie into a tall glass and drink it straight away.

Vitamin full, invigorating, energising drink, which can replace a breakfast.
