Tear off the heads, legs and then the shells of the shrimp. Clean them, but leave their tail. You can use the heads for a broth.
Squeeze the lemon and grate the peel of the lemon. Sprinkle the shrimp with black pepper, salt and lemon peel. Stir.
In a small bowl, pour the corn flour and in another one - beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Fry the shrimp in oil, by first rolling them in the egg, then in corn flour. Fry them until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the breaded shrimp with a mayonnaise sauce, pressed or crushed garlic cloves, salt and lemon juice. Add the hot peppers.
Serve the crispy breaded shrimp with the sauce.
