  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • salt

How to make

Boil the shrimp in salted water and once they cool, remove the edible part from them. Season them with salt and black pepper and roll them in flour.

Beat the eggs along with the breadcrumbs and dip the shrimp in them. Fry them in very hot oil until they turn golden brown.

You can serve them with salad of your choice and depending on the season.
