Ingredients

  • avocado - 2 pcs.
  • shrimp - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • crab sticks - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mussels - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream cheese - 4 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • dill
  • lovage
  • black pepper
  • lemon - a few slices for decoration

How to make

The avocado must be well ripened. Split it in half and remove the stone.

Scoop out the fleshy part and mash it with a fork in a bowl, mix it with the cream cheese and season with black pepper, dill, lovage and lemon juice.

The crab sticks are cut into slices.

They are added to the mixture with the avocado and the boiled shrimp and mussels are also added.
