Ingredients

  • seafood - 1 packet (300 g) frozen
  • tagliatelle - 10 oz (300 g)
  • tomato juice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • sour cream - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • olive oil
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • nutmeg
  • basil
  • oregano
  • parmesan - for sprinkling

How to make

Boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.

At the same time, start preparing the sauce. In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the chopped garlic clove. Add white wine, tomato juice and the cream to them.

If your sauce seems sour, add a pinch of sugar to neutralize the acidity.

Add salt, white pepper and nutmeg to the sauce. Stir and leave the sauce to simmer over low heat, until it thickens.

Add the boiled pasta, seafood, basil and oregano to it. Stir briefly.

Serve, while the pasta is still warm and sprinkle it with parmesan and a sprig of basil or parsley (according to your taste preferences).
