Ingredients

  • pasta - 10.5 oz (300 g) of spaghetti or other type
  • seafood - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • olive oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g) canned, chopped
  • chicken broth - 4 1/5 cups (1 l)
  • parsley
  • lemons - slices, for serving
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and fry the onion and crushed garlic until tender. Add the paprika, chopped canned tomatoes, stir well and pour in the hot broth.

Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and add the pasta. Let boil for about 8 minutes, stirring regularly. Add fresh or thawed seafood by choice.

Mix well and cook for another 3 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with seafood with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
