How to make
Cut the mushrooms into cubes, fry with onions, add seafood cocktail (shrimp, octopus, mussels, calamari), salt and leave them to boil for 15 minutes.
Then add sour cream and simmer for a few more minutes.
Cook the rice and quinoa separately in a little water. Strain in a colander, flavor with a piece of butter and lightly salt. Put it on a plate, put a mixture of mushrooms and seafood on top and drizzle with soy sauce.
