How to make
I offer you a healthy recipe for seafood with rice and vegetables, well balanced with fiber and vitamins from the vegetables, protein from the seafood, and carbohydrates from the rice.
Pleasant preparation of this very fast and healthy dish.
Put a cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a saucepan and cook until the rice is ready - approximately 15 minutes (depending on the type of rice).
Then season with 1 tbsp. olive oil, a little salt, and pepper.
Put 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables and seafood.
Stew on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add honey, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.
Let the dish simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Mix the rice with the seafood or serve the vegetables and seafood on top of the rice.
Add a salad you like. I chose the leaves of cultivated dandelion.
